Itinerary
- DAY 1
Arrival in Istanbul airport. Welcoming at airport and transfer to Bursa.
- DAY 2
After breakfast, departure for a full-day Bursa tour. We will visit Cumalikizik, 800 years old Turkish village and the Tophane area, where Osman Ghazi and Orhan Ghazi, the founders of the Ottoman dynasty, were laid for their final rest in two ancient Byzantine structures, which underwent drastic alteration or were even completely rebuilt after the earthquake of 1855. From Tophane tour continue with visits to Green Mosque and Tomb. The tour ends by visiting Bursa Grand Mosque; built in the Seljuk style, it was ordered by the Ottoman Sultan Bayezid I and built between 1396 and 1399.
- DAY 3
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Istanbul. Free at leisure.
- DAY 4
The Istanbul Old city tour will start after breakfast. Sultanahmet Square is the main point where the living heritage of both Byzantines and Ottomans can be seen. We will see The German Fountain, Obelisk of Theodosius, Serpent Column, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace Museum. Overnight in hotel.
- DAY 5
After breakfast, departure for a full day city tour with Van. Starting from Balat, historical Greek and Jewish neighborhood of Ottoman Era, tour will continue with visits to Ayub Al Ansari Tomb, Taksim, Galata, hearth of trade during Ottoman Era, then we will embark boat for Bosphorus Cruise Tour. Overnight in hotel.
